2. VadjyClean Responsibilities

VadjyClean commits to providing all necessary products and equipment for the proper execution of the service, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

3. Client Commitments

The client commits to:

• Provide access to the premises to be cleaned at the agreed dates and times.
• Remove valuable or fragile items before the service.
• Report any delicate areas or areas requiring special care.
• Secure fragile items and remove any dangerous items (e.g., blades, corrosive products, needles, etc.).
• Supervise young children and keep pets away during the service.
• Report any potentially dangerous situations (mold, toxic products, defective installations, etc.) before the start of the service.

4. Pricing and Payment Policy

The final rate will be confirmed during the initial visit or before the service.

A 50% deposit is required before the start of the service. This amount is refundable only if VadjyClean is unable to provide the service due to force majeure.

5. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client less than 24 hours in advance, fees equivalent to 30% of the agreed rate may be charged.

6. Liability Limits

• VadjyClean disclaims any responsibility for valuable items not put away or left uncovered.
• VadjyClean reserves the right to refuse to handle items deemed dangerous or at high risk of breakage.
